Kape Tools is built and run by BrewedOps, a one-person shop in Quezon City. Mail is read by that person, not a queue.
Replies go out within one working day, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00 Philippine time (UTC+8). Mail sent outside those hours is answered on the next working day.
Members: open a ticket instead
If you are signed in, Support in the workspace is faster. A ticket is tied to your account, so the reply already knows which plan you are on and what you were doing, and the whole thread stays in one place.
What to include
- Which tool or extension, and the page you were on.
- What you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more than a description.
- For a Chrome extension: the version shown at chrome://extensions, and whether the page was a GoHighLevel workflow.
- For billing: the email on the account and the date of the payment. Never send a card number.
Privacy requests
Access, correction and deletion requests under the Data Privacy Act go to the same address. You can also delete your account, and everything it owns, yourself from Settings. What we hold and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy, and in plain terms on Trust and safety.
Chrome extensions
BrewedShot and the other extensions run entirely in your browser and send nothing to us, so there is no account to look up. A bug report with the extension version and a screenshot of the result is enough to reproduce it.
