Which plan do I need?
If you want the LinkedIn and JobStreet boards, the music player or the Chrome extensions, that is Boards at ₱249 a month. If you want KapeAI to work ON your data rather than answer questions about it, and you want the AI writers, that is Pro at ₱499. The difference is what a feature costs us: everything in Boards is served from our own database and costs us close to nothing however much you use it, while everything in Pro bills us per use against a paid AI model. Start on Boards and move up whenever you want - you pay the new plan's price from that point, nothing is lost.
How do I pay?
Press Upgrade on the plan you want. The panel shows the QR code and the exact amount for the plan and term you picked, you send it, screenshot the receipt and attach it. Kenneth checks it and switches your account over, usually well inside 24 hours. When it flips you get a notification in the app and everything unlocks without a reload. GCash, Maya and GoTyme are all accepted.
Is a longer term worth it?
That is the only reason the longer terms exist. On Boards a year works out at ₱207 a month and on Pro at ₱414, so on either plan a year costs about what ten months would - the other two are the discount. Nothing renews by itself either way, so a longer term is a lower price rather than a longer commitment.
Is there a limit on KapeAI?
Yes, and it depends on the plan. Free is 5 chats a day and 40 a month, Boards is 10 and 80, and Pro is 25 a day and 150 a month. Either way it exists so one account cannot run the shared AI budget dry, and the Pro number is set far above what a member gets through in a working day. If you ever reach it doing real work, say so - that means the number is set wrong, not that you did anything wrong. The other AI tools have their own separate allowance.
What does Agent Mode actually do?
Ordinary KapeAI answers questions about Kape Tools - which tool does what, where the job listings come from, how the courses are laid out. It cannot open your own data. Agent Mode, on Pro, can: it reads and updates your job applications, searches the job boards for you, and looks at your clients and invoices. Every step it takes is listed in the answer, so you can see exactly what it read and what it changed. It cannot delete anything.
Can I get a refund?
No. The membership is not refundable - what you pay goes straight into keeping the site running, and it is spent over the period it paid for. That is equally true of a three-month or one-year term paid up front. There is no automatic renewal either, so a membership you stop paying for simply ends. That is also why the free tier is as large as it is: try the workspace properly before you pay for anything.
What happens when my access runs out?
You drop to the Free plan. You are not locked out and nothing is deleted - you keep your leads, boards, sheets, community posts and every browser-side tool. Only the paid tools stop, and they come back the moment your access is renewed.
Do I get a trial?
Yes. Every new account gets the same 7-day run of Boards, starting the moment you sign in for the first time rather than when you signed up. There is no longer version for being early or for having been in the beta - one length, everybody. It ends on its own, there is nothing to cancel and no card on file, and you stay on Free afterwards with all your work intact.
