Kape Tools Made in the Philippines

What is Kape Tools?

Kape Tools is a free online workspace for Filipino freelancers, virtual assistants and small agencies. It puts the work of finding clients and running the jobs you win into one browser tab: three job boards, a job application tracker, a lead finder, a client list with hours and invoices, task boards, and around 40 everyday file tools that run on your own machine. It is made in the Philippines by Kenneth Villar and the free plan does not expire.

01

What you get

Kape Tools is one browser tab holding the work of finding clients and running the jobs you win. The free plan carries all of it except the AI features, and it does not expire.

The only paid plan is Pro at ₱499 a month, which covers what bills a paid AI model on every use. The full price list is public and needs no account.

02

Who it is for

Kape Tools is for Filipino freelancers, virtual assistants, GoHighLevel operators and small agencies who are looking for work, running clients they already have, or both at once.

03

Who it is not for

Kape Tools is the wrong tool for teams, for real accounting, for a sales pipeline at volume, and for anyone working outside the Philippines. These are limits of what it is, not roadmap items.

04

What it replaces

For most members it replaces three job board tabs, a spreadsheet of applications, a notes app holding client details, and a folder of bookmarked converter sites.

Compared on scope rather than on feature lists, because a feature list about somebody else's product is out of date the week it is written.

What people usually doWhat this does instead
Three job board tabs, checked by handOne list, filterable, with the boards collected on a schedule so you are not refreshing anything.
A spreadsheet of applicationsThe same columns, plus a status you can change from the row and a nudge when something has gone quiet.
A note-taking app for client workA general note app will hold anything, which is why the hours and the invoice totals end up somewhere else. Here they are fields that add up.
A folder of one-off converter websitesThe same conversions, run on your own machine, so the file never leaves it.
Nothing at all for the paperworkThirty sourced guides and a tax calculator, because the alternative was a comment thread on Facebook.
05

Where your data goes

The file tools never upload anything. The PDF tools, the converter, the compressor, the background remover, the upscaler, the screenshot reader and the transcriber all run inside your browser on your own machine.

What does reach a server is what has to: your account, the jobs you save, your clients and invoices, and anything you type at the AI assistant. Every company that touches any of it is named on the trust page, and the privacy policy says what is kept and for how long. You can delete your account yourself, and it takes your data with it.

Who builds it

Kenneth Villar, a Certified GoHighLevel Admin based in the Philippines, working as BrewedOps. It is not a company, a funded startup or a team.

Kape Tools is what BrewedOps became. The tools, the job board and the community moved here. There is a fuller account of the work on the about page, and two builds written up in detail as case studies.

What members say

5 out of 5 from 18 ratings by 14 people, left on BrewedOps between 2026-03-30 and 2026-06-30.

These are reviews of BrewedOps, the platform Kape Tools grew out of, so they are dated before this workspace existed. They are printed exactly as they were written, typos and Taglish included, because the build refuses to publish a quote that is not a word-for-word substring of the member's own message. Two of them name things that shipped straight into this product: the OnlineJobs.ph board and BrewedYT2Text.

BrewedOps is such a great platform. It has so many useful tools like ATS Resume, Job Board, Claude Code, and a lot more. Everything is easy to find and navigate, which makes it a really solid resource for anyone who wants to grow their skills.

Common questions

The questions people ask before signing up, answered in full.

Is Kape Tools free?

Yes, and the free plan does not expire. It includes the three job boards, the application tracker, the lead finder, the client list, the task boards and every browser-side tool. The only paid plan is Pro at ₱499 a month, which covers the features that call a paid AI model every time you press the button. There is no trial period, no card is stored and nothing renews by itself.

Who should not use Kape Tools?

Teams needing a shared workspace, anyone who needs real accounting or BIR filing, agencies running a sales pipeline at volume, and people working outside the Philippines. One account is one person, and most of the product is built around Philippine work.

Is Kape Tools only for Filipinos?

Anyone can sign up and the browser-side tools work anywhere. The job boards, the government ID guides, the freelancer tax calculator and the payment methods are all Philippine-specific, so most of the reason to use it does not travel.

Do my files get uploaded when I use the tools?

No. The PDF tools, the file converter, the image compressor, the background remover, the upscaler, the screenshot reader and the audio transcriber all run inside your browser on your own machine. The file is not sent to a server and it is not stored.

What does Kape Tools replace?

For most members it replaces three job board tabs, a spreadsheet of applications, a notes app holding client details, and a folder of bookmarked one-off converter sites.

Who builds Kape Tools?

Kenneth Villar, a Certified GoHighLevel Admin based in the Philippines, working as BrewedOps. It is not a company, a funded startup or a team.

What happened to BrewedOps?

Kape Tools is what BrewedOps became. The tools, the job board and the community moved here, which is why the reviews on this page are from BrewedOps members and are dated before this workspace existed.
