The only paid plan is Pro at ₱499 a month, which covers what bills a paid AI model on every use. The full price list is public and needs no account.

Kape Tools is for Filipino freelancers, virtual assistants, GoHighLevel operators and small agencies who are looking for work, running clients they already have, or both at once.

  The LinkedIn, JobStreet and OnlineJobs.ph boards are collected into one list you can filter, and the tracker remembers what you applied to and what came back.

  The client list holds terms, hours and invoices, so the money side stops living in a spreadsheet you forget to update.

Kape Tools is the wrong tool for teams, for real accounting, for a sales pipeline at volume, and for anyone working outside the Philippines. These are limits of what it is, not roadmap items.

• Teams that need a shared workspace

  One account is one person. Your boards, sheets, clients and files are scoped to you, and there is no way to share a board with a colleague or give someone limited access. If two people need to edit the same thing, this is the wrong tool.

• Anyone who needs accounting or actual BIR filing

  The tax calculator estimates what you would owe. It does not file anything, it is not connected to the BIR, and it is not a substitute for an accountant.

• Agencies running a sales pipeline at volume

  The client list is a record of work and money, not a CRM with automations, sequences, reporting or permissions. If you outgrew a spreadsheet years ago, you have outgrown this too.

• People working outside the Philippines

  The job boards, the ID guides, the tax calculator and the payment methods are all built around the Philippines. The browser tools work anywhere; most of the reason to be here does not.

• Anyone who wants a desktop or offline app

  It is a website. Close the tab and the assistant, the boards and the chat are gone until you open it again.

For most members it replaces three job board tabs, a spreadsheet of applications, a notes app holding client details, and a folder of bookmarked converter sites.

Compared on scope rather than on feature lists, because a feature list about somebody else's product is out of date the week it is written.

The file tools never upload anything. The PDF tools, the converter, the compressor, the background remover, the upscaler, the screenshot reader and the transcriber all run inside your browser on your own machine.

What does reach a server is what has to: your account, the jobs you save, your clients and invoices, and anything you type at the AI assistant. Every company that touches any of it is named on the trust page, and the privacy policy says what is kept and for how long. You can delete your account yourself, and it takes your data with it.

These are reviews of BrewedOps, the platform Kape Tools grew out of, so they are dated before this workspace existed. They are printed exactly as they were written, typos and Taglish included, because the build refuses to publish a quote that is not a word-for-word substring of the member's own message.
